This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we process it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to the website only – separate terms apply to data processed inside client projects, which are governed by the relevant contract.

What we collect
When you send us an enquiry
Our contact form asks for your full name and email address (both required), your company and the topic of your enquiry (optional), and the description of your challenge that you write yourself. Anything you choose to include in that description is up to you – please do not send us confidential or special-category data through the form.
We do not ask you to tick a consent box before sending the form. We do not need your consent to reply to an enquiry you sent us yourself – the legal basis is set out in the next section – so instead we simply tell you, at the point where you enter your data, what we do with it.
Form submissions are delivered to us by email. They are not stored in this website’s database.
If you email or call us directly instead, we process the contact details and the content of that correspondence in the same way.
When you simply browse the site
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which record the IP address, the browser and device identification sent by your browser, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running securely and to diagnose faults.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not run automated decision-making.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and scope possible cooperation – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where you write on behalf of a company rather than for yourself, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To keep the website secure and working – our legitimate interest in the security and stability of our own systems, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations, if our contact leads to a contract – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims – our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without a name and an email address we cannot reply to you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Your data may be accessible to:
- our hosting and email providers, which process data on our instructions under a data processing agreement;
- our advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where they need the data to provide their service to us;
- public authorities, where we are required by law to disclose it.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies on visitors’ devices and does not use any analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. WordPress, on which the site runs, sets cookies only for users who log in to administer it. This is why you are not asked to dismiss a cookie banner here – there is nothing to consent to.
If we ever add analytics or similar tools, we will ask for your consent beforehand and update this policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased, where one of the grounds in Article 17 GDPR applies;
- restrict how we process your data;
- receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format and have it transferred to another controller, where the processing is based on a contract and carried out by automated means;
- object to processing that we base on our legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we process personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The version published here is always the one that applies.
